It is not possible to use X2go with Ubuntu because of Unity.
For this reason I was very happy to hear of Ubuntu Gnome and I gave it a
try.
I setup a VirtualBox virtual machine with Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 with NAT
network and a redirection of port localhost:2222 to <vm ip>:22. ssh
connection works, but x2go connection gets closed.
In the Ubuntu Gnome logs I see the following error message :
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module "unity-gtk-module"
Could this be the problem ? Does anyone else manage to run X2Go with
Ubuntu Gnome ?
