If you don't have time to look into this, that's fine, but please make sure you forward this on to your team - thanks! Ubuntu Online Summit is coming up at 3-5 November 2015 and as always we are going to do our planning for the X release and do some show & tell / demo / workshop sessions there as well. It would be fantastic if you could reach out to your communities, invite people to the summit and see which topics you'd like to discuss or what you want to demo. The process for join or propose sessions is quite easy, it's documented here: http://summit.ubuntu.com/getinvolved/ I look forward to meeting you all at UOS again. If you have any questions, just let me know.
