Many of Ubuntu's core teams are older than 2014. This includes Desktop, Checkbox, Kernel, Pythoneers, Security, Mozilla, LibreOffice, Kubuntu, Lubuntu. I suspect that this change would break most of the heaviest used PPAs. We need a coordinated transition.
