Thank you for pointing this out! I had a discussion about this with Rhonda (packages.ubuntu.com maintainer) in #ubuntu-motu just now. It turns out that we can change this here: https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/packages/-/blob/ubuntu-master/lib/Packages/Page.pm?ref_type=heads#L82 Leaving this note since if we decide that we are going ahead, then this is what we should change to point to ubuntu-devel-discuss@ instead.
