i had implemented it in 11.04 in various arm images via PPAs ... in
12.04 adam (infinity) took the code and uploaded it as "zram-config" to
the archive where it still sits in universe ... looking at the
changelog,  it looks like it was ported to systemd in hirsute, it'd
just need a MIR and seeding ...
