It's that happy time again. I've seen calls for topics go out to some teams, and we're already up to 17 blueprints. I created a landing page to aggregate the brainstorming from various teams, and started collecting links to wiki pages or mailing list threads where the brainstorming is happening. All contributions cheerfully welcomed.
