Hi,
I use py3dmol, nglview , ase-notebook( ase is in python-ase) threejs
3dmoljs pytraj ccptraj ... etc, but they aren't easy to install and I
don't want to use anaconda which is very sensible with upgrade and env,
I use pip but i need it as sudo -H pip et I get messages from a recent
times that is not really good to this to avoid mixing ?
So is someone able to integrate them in ubuntu ?
