ref: https://www.howtoinstall.co/en/ubuntu/trusty/libxrandr-dev

When I run

sudo apt-get install libxrandr-dev

I get:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have

How do I fix this?
Thanks
