This bug is already in Launchpad:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/asterisk/+bug/1458323

The workaround (adding "noload => res_pjsip.so" to the
/etc/asterisk/modules.conf) worked for me. I did not investigated more :(.
