I wanted to suggest including some new packages in Ubuntu, primarily for
the most ease of use for normal users:
- exfat-utils and exfat-fuse to read exfat-devices (Packageinfo:
https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/exfat-utils/
https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/exfat-fuse/)
- libimobiledevice* is a cross-plattform Libary to enable communitcation
with iPhones and other i-devices (Website:
http://www.libimobiledevice.org/ Packageinfo:
https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/libimobiledevice-utils/)
Exfat-utils and fuse are preinstalled in Ubuntu-Mate and I guess it
would be a good addition to Main-Ubuntu too.
