[08:44 PM] ~ $ dpkg -S /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-light/places/16/user-desktop.svg ubuntu-mono: /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-light/places/16/user-desktop.svg [08:44 PM] ~ $
By way of background, my system is Lubuntu 12.10. I ran "sudo apt-get install light-themes" and "ubuntu-mono" was pulled in as an extra. Here's the relevant part of var/log/apt/history.log: Start-Date: 2013-04-08 23:06:27 Commandline: apt-get install --no-install-recommends light-themes Install: light-themes:i386 (0.1.93), ubuntu-mono:i386 (0.0.49, automatic) End-Date: 2013-04-08 23:06:33 I hope this helps. If you need any more info, pleas ask!
