Hello, I was wondering if we had a way to report fglrx issues to AMD. Looking here, I don't see ways to report issues to makers of binary drivers (nvidia, amd, broadcom).

I am looking to get assistance on how to proceed with Bug #770283 [fglrx]title bar does not update on non-maximized windows https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/770283 I'm thinking that first testing a recent version of fglrx and compiz would be needed. Can anyone recommend a PPA for this?
