python-gnomeapplet is not on Oneiric repositories. See
http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/python-gnomeapplet
"Error: Package not available in this suite."
so if we try to install packages depending on it, we'll have an error
like this:
$ sudo apt-get install cardapio-gnomepanel

However, python-gnomeapplet was on Natty repositories, and it seems that
published versions are available for Oneiric. See
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+package/python-gnomeapplet
