Just to report back I think my issues are hardware related, so haven't filed a bug
performance issues started up again on my custom .39-rc5 kernel after about 2 hours use I compiled a kernel.org .38 just to see, same as .39-rc5 I'm think my graphics card is overheating (it's only passively cooled), and this is causing my issues -- Tony Atkinson Email: tatkinson...@googlemail.com PGP: F2B9184B
