At this point, focus follows mouse is not supported. I suggest, to fix this issue, a menu change delay should be introduced. It works like this: You have a Firefox window with a Terminal just above it. As soon as you move to the terminal window, focus switches to the terminal. But the menu is still the Firefox menu for 1 second. After the delay, the menu switches to Terminal.
