It's quite a large change to make this late in an LTS cycle, with a possible impact of breaking these devices entirely. I'd be more comfortable with going with what we have for now - and having the work done to use only usb-modeswitch in lucid+1 Scott -- Scott James Remnant sc...@ubuntu.com
