I Think that the Empathy's package is broken in the ppa I'm using a Kubuntu-Karmic (KDE) with the ppa activated : deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/telepathy/ubuntu karmic main LC_ALL=C sudo apt-get install empathy Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Some packages could not be installed.
