Please note for future reference that attaching /var/log/syslog, /var/log/installer/debug (if present), and /var/log/partman, in addition to the preseed file, will help us debug any further problems you have. Also, in an email sent directly to me, you asked if it was possible to configure networking via ubiquity. It it not possible at present. You'll need to do an install via the alternate CD for that.
