If you are looking for help fixing or working around a problem with Ubuntu, for free or for pay, there are a several support sources available. <http://www.ubuntu.com/support> Reporting a bug is for directly helping developers to improve the software. To report a bug you should be able to clearly describe how to reproduce the problem, and you should be willing and able to answer technical questions about the computer where the problem occurs (including testing to see if it occurs with newer versions of the same program).
