Is it really a 302 redirect? Typing
http://mirror.gamearena.com.au/ubuntu/ in browser it looks like
meta-refresh based redirect.

The mirror (old or new) is not listed in the official list on page -
https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors
