Could be HSPA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-Speed_Packet_Access). The speeds match HSDPA/HSUPA. In that case, your network operator might be limiting the speed (buying a more expensive plan should help in that case). Or maybe the network's a bit congested? Or it hasn't been upgraded to HSUPA yet? Martijn
