1 perl-base 150701 2 debianutils 150375 ... 10 popularity-contest 145894 this means that popularity-contest was touched/used by 145 894 installations, so they were the ones who have sent a report, as this means that the file was touched. But then how can there be more touches on some other packages? probably I misunderstand these measures, so please enlighten me!
