Anyway, I know that Mark Shuttleworth recently said that such suggestions are much more welcome from "people with patches" than from "people with demands", however of course it wasn't meant as much as a demand as a suggestion - being able to easily install programs without having admin rights where not needed *would* be a good idea, I think.
