It looks quite nice but seems a little intrusive. I haven't installed it yet so can't really say. It doesn't look like it would be an easy "apt-get install ebox" without messing up your current system. I think the important part is to get at least three items working right away: 1) User, Group management including Samba if installed and enabled. 2) Samba configuration of shares etc. 3) Printer configuration and queue management. This would take care of lots of small business servers right out of the box.
