We need to be registered as an association first in order to have some
official status. I will try to contact with Marinos and if he is too
busy I will have a whole month off during August and I will put it forward.

Which is the EU department responsible for such issues?

We can also contact the Committee for Protecting the Competition
(Επιτροπή Προστασίας Ανταγωνισμού) and the Ombudsman (Επίτροπος
Διοικήσεως) before we try on Europe.
