I'm unable to test if the bug is resolved in 2.6.27 as it doesn't resume from hibernate (It does power down though, when issued a hibernate command). Kernel 2.6.24 hibernates and resumes successfully, while kernel 2.6.26 hangs my laptop-- it just locks up when issued the hibernate command. I use the echo disk > /sys/power/state command to hibernate it. All of these were tested in intrepid which was upgraded from a cli only installation of hardy. Hope this helps.
I do think that the problem is not in the natsemi driver anymore, as i didn't see any crashes.
