Yes, all the fans are on and working just fine. I did a clean install because i was originally getting this in Heron so i upgraded to Ibex and was still getting the same ACPI fan message (diff address). I went ahead and attached a txt file of the messages log from the first boot after the clean install. I've run the updates since then and still getting same message spam. I'm going to upgrade to Ibex (again) and see if the problem persists.
