I have updated the sync request to be for 2.1.4-1 instead of 2.1.3-1.2.
I have also attached all of the required information that is needed for
a Freeze Exception. If there is any other information that is needed, or
something I should have done differently, please let me know. This is my
first Freeze Exception request.
