select folder in nautilus, right click, choose open with select application A.
at this time in "open with" submenu no applications listed (should be: A)
select folder in nautilus, right click, choose open with select application B.
at this time in "open with" submenu only application A listed (should be: A, B).
select folder in nautilus, right click, choose open with select application C.
at this time in "open with" submenu only applications A and B listed
(should be: A, B, C).
