The debian bug says this is in intrepid. Intrepid has the same version
of gpaint as hardy.
This is either an issue with a library change, or maybe certain locales.
Did the original submitter also submit to debian? It would be better to
see if anyone could reproduce first, debian don't really want all Ubuntu
bugs.
