I recently performed an update from Ubuntu Release 8.04, kernel
2.6.24-20-generic to 2.6.24-21-generic. Following the installation a
reboot was performed and my Linksys wireless card is no longer
recognized. The active LED does not come on during startup. Dropped
back to previous version of kernel and the wireless card is now
recognized. Unable to configure the card because, according to the
system, I don't have one to configure.
