After testing countless times with the Asus WL-138 and getting disconnected with almost each distro upgrade because of errors in either Ndiswrapper, Kernel, WPA or the Gnome Wireless manager, I simply decided to buy a Linksys WMP54G card. It's supported straight out of the box and works with Hardy Heron LTS. As long as there are no serious improvements with Intreped Ibex , Jojo Jeewhatanames etc.. I am quitting on trying to solve these issues and stick to HH. So no, I won't test the new Kernel.
