Thank you for reporting this issue. The keys are ctrl+c and ctrl+v. With
Caps Lock enabled you have ctrl+shift+c and ctrl+shift+v so this is the
correct behaviour. So i close this bugreport. Thank you again for taking
the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Feel free
to submit any future bugs you may find.
