Public bug reported: Text of title bar of windows in Compiz/Gnome are hidden, when title is in RTL languages, like Persian.
There are another bug for misaligned RTL languages at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/141472 but this bug is about hidden titles (maybe really misaligned!!) and not related to left aligned titles or centered ones.
