I can confirm the problem for an Aspire One A150L. But it's probably a duplicate of Bug 200210, not a problem specific to the Aspire One.
Fix: Add "options snd_hda_intel model=acer" to /etc/modprobe.d/options and reboot. Sound should then work after suspend/hibernate. "acer" works for me, but probably is not the best choice (only tried two).
