I can confirm that the update to 2.6.24-21.32 breaks fglrx. I think there's no restricted-modules package for this version, and as a result fglrx is "partly" loaded (the dreaded MESA OpenGL vendor). It is also not shown in System-Hardware drivers (at all, not as loaded or anything). I had to go back to 2.6.24-20 again...
