'gnome-power-manager' calls 'hal' which calls 'pmi' which calls 'acpi-
support' to do the actual suspend/resume.

If this can't be replicated anymore, I'm going to close this (mark as
'Rejected') and this report can be re-opened when it crops up on another
users' machine and can be reproduced.
