there is only one item in restricted drivers manager.........which says nvidia graphics driver........but it cant be enabled......& neither it prompts me to install anything.......secondly,my graphics & every other hardware is working well........but it just can not detect my hard disk......i found a similar bug report in bug number 209974......so i also reported my case there..... from the description of that bug.....it seems to me that my problem is identical,except that i had this problem using ubuntu(hardy heron) 64 bit live cd(that bug was about a similar problem about xubuntu installation).
