Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

If you have saved pasword and group-key in NM when you connect to a
Cisco VPN (vpnc) network, NM doesn't let you change or remove the saved
password.

You have to go into Applications > Seahorse > Passwords and find you
password there and remove it.

$ apt-cache policy network-manager
