Thanks for the response Sergio, Is there anyway that kernel 2.6.25 can be put into the repositories for usage and testing and then possible release as an update during Hardy's last period? This problem is serious and having the basis for a flexible update system and a large group of people looking for this problem and reporting back the best information they can theres no reason that something can't be released for this crippling thing.
