After issuing the " cat /proc/asound/cards " command, I've found that my usb skype phone was called *default* over my Intel ICH5 sound card.
I've put configured all my settings to use PulseAudio and test my usb phone with Skype ,and it didn't gave any problem. Going to test PulseAudio with other audio outputs like Flash and stuff, and rebooting to see if everything continues to work.
