The time module seems to be available from iptables 1.4.0 +, so it'll be there in intrepid. Tough luck for hardy users. I checked and it is included in intrepid. This ticket should be closed, although it would be nice to have iptables 1.4.0 in hardy, but I do not believe that iptables 1.4.0 would be appropriate for hardy since it is a new version. Perhaps in backports?
