Hmm, that's very odd. If you type "ramlog" when changing the package related to this bug and select "Choose", Launchpad can find it. However, I can't find it on packages.ubuntu.com. I'm quite sure I've installed it from the official repositories though. Unfortunately, I'm not on my LiveUSB at the moment so I can't check, but I sure I'll recheck it once I am.
