** Description changed:

Since I haven't done any significant modifications to my laptop I
suspect it came with some recent updates (possibly within a bunch of kde
updates adept installed on 13th of August).

Basically when I right-click the battery icon and choose hibernate it
successfully hibernates but when I turn it back on next day the battery
is drained about 8%. Tried removing the battery right after hibernating
and then the drain didn't occur. Also disabled wake on lan feature from
BIOS, no difference (expected so because not using wired internet).

- Using Thinkpad X60s.
+ Using Thinkpad X60s with up to date Kubuntu Hardy.
