If I disconnect the USB disk and power cord from the computer and then connect power cord and the USB disk to the computer, the disk does not spin and there is not LED on in the USB disk, although there is LED on in power supply of the computer. If I then turn on computer, the LED of the USB disk turns on and there is some strange tapping audible in the disk; it is not spinning. If I then disconnect USB drive and reconnect it, the disk begins to spin, although once I had to do it twice to get the disk working. With another computer I don't have such problems with the disk.
