Notice that I receive ip address from the same router if I try to connect 
manually, so this isn't related to mac-address.
I don't know if I correctly understand the log, but it seems that a request is 
broadcasted to assign specific IP address, the router could deny assigning it 
if for example it is already used by another device in the network.
What I think should happen is Network Manager should retry asking for IP 
several times within short periods of time.

Notice also that Network Manager gives wrong status of connection. It
shows that I have connection while I don't have IP address assigned.

I think this bug should be reopened at least for the Network Manager
issue.
