Public bug reported: sysklogd-1.5-1ubuntu1, hardy
The file exists only if CONFIG_KALLSYMS is sets, otherwise klogd code tries to open the file, fails, and tries to close a NULL pointer (the returned value of fopen). P.S. The code looks *ancient* ** Affects: sysklogd (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- klogd crashes if /proc/kallsyms does not exist https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/258790 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
