Public bug reported: When pressing the -/+-Volume-keys on the border of my laptop, a window pops up in the middle of the screen and shows me a bar which should represent the volume of the audio output, pressing the (-)-keys decreases the bar, but the volume still stays the same, it has no affect.
I'm using an up-to-date Ubuntu 8.04. Remark: The mixer-applet in the gnome-panel adjusts the right volume. ** Affects: gnome-desktop (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: gnome-volume-control keys laptop ** Changed in: gnome-desktop (Ubuntu) Sourcepackagename: None => gnome-desktop -- Volume keys at the border of the laptop have no effect but window shows up and bar goes down https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/258376 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
