Video driver: I don't find it. sound card: HD AUDIO 2.0 the machine cpu is down, In the atach file, I send you the cpu usage and sound properties, the picture was save in the moment that the sound card don't run and the video was very slow. NOTE: I find the reason for this problem, it happen when I used youtube or some sound with firefox, after I want to listen mp3 or watching a movie, the sound don't run and the video is very slow.
