Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately xmms was removed since Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy Heron" because it was unmaintained. xmms-flac was already removed in Ubuntu 7.10. So we will not fix your bug. You can use audacious instead. It is an fork of xmms and is actively developed.
